Helping Leaders and Organizations Create Meaningful Change. Angela Song-Ruiter, Ph.D., is an organizational psychologist, strategist, executive coach, and facilitator with more than two decades of experience helping leaders and organizations navigate growth, change, and transformation.
She specializes in helping organizations translate complex data into meaningful understanding that drives action. By bringing together strategy, assessment, human behavior, and organizational systems, she helps clients better understand their current reality, strengthen what matters most, and intentionally create the future they want to achieve.
Throughout her career, Angela has partnered with universities, healthcare systems, nonprofit organizations, professional associations, and corporations to strengthen organizational effectiveness, improve culture, develop leaders, and guide complex transformation initiatives.
Angela is passionate about helping people and organizations make sense of complexity and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. Some of the most rewarding moments in her work come when leaders discover new possibilities in themselves, teams build deeper understanding and trust, or organizations recognize strengths and opportunities that were there all along.
She believes people and organizations are often more capable than they realize. Much of her work is dedicated to helping clients uncover those strengths, expand what they believe is possible, and create meaningful and lasting impact.
